EnergySolutions Foundation Scholarship
The EnergySolutions Foundation is a merit-based scholarship competition recognizing excellence in academics. The scholarship program is offered to one 10th grade student per eligible high school. Students who meet the criteria may apply for a scholarship. Students selected for the scholarship will receive $2,000 to complete a bachelor's degree program in the field of math, science, or engineering. The funds will be held until the student enrolls in an accredited university or junior college. The top 10% of applicants will also be enrolled in a national distinguished award contest with the awards being an additional $25,000, $5,000, and $2,500 award.

Must complete and submit all information prior to February 3, 2010.
Scholarship Criteria
The EnergySolutions Foundation places a great emphasis on determination to succeed. If you meet the following criteria, we urge you to apply for a scholarship.
Criteria for Application:
- Confirmed enrollment in 10th grade at an eligible high school.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 grading scale or equivalent. Must maintain a 3.5 GPA through graduation.
- Planning to enter a bachelor's degree program at a accredited university or junior college.
- Planning to pursue a bachelor's degree program in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Ecology, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Geophysics, Mathematics, Meteorology, or Physics.
- Active participation and/or leadership in school, work and/or extracurricular activities.
